This year’s theme for the Brown County Fair was Rockin’ the pen in 2010.  Of course those of us at the Library immediately thought of a writing pen!  The library staff decided to have an entry in the Fair Parade so we could remind everyone to support their local libraries in Horton, Hiawatha and Everest.  [...]
